NBC recordings defect?

I downloaded these files:
Community__Basic_Sandwich_14.04.17_20-00_uswnbc_30_TVOON_DE.mpg.avi.otrkey
Parks_and_Recreation__One_in_8_000_14.04.17_20-30_uswnbc_31_TVOON_DE.mpg.avi

but i couldnt decode them. The decoder says the input files is broken. Is somebodyelse having this problem or is this just me?

I found out its just a problem with the Easy Decoder. It still cant decode it, but the normal OTRDecoder can.
