OTR nicht erreichbar / No access to OTR

Die OTR-Seite ist derzeit kaum erreichbar, auch das Dekodieren funktioniert nicht. Bitte erstellt keine neuen Threads oder Beiträge, daß OTR nicht funktioniert, das Problem ist bekannt. Die Admins sind informiert.
