File convert to dvd

I downloaded and recored a program on ZDF Sunday when i try to conevert it to burn on dvd or avi file it gets to 3% and then it fails....

tried with nerovison and winavi converter

What am i doing wrong?

Try fixing the WMV with asftools. Do lost chunks repair and basic repair. If it fails after that the file got to much errors.
